Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the services of KANDRA Mahajanga: publishing job offers, viewing profiles and connecting recruiters and candidates. Access and use by candidates are free of charge.

2. Services offered

• Publishing and managing job offers
• Viewing candidate profiles and receiving applications
• Messaging between candidates and recruiters
• Paid visibility or subscription options, detailed on the site

3. User account

Some services require an account. Users provide accurate information, keep it up to date, protect their password and do not impersonate anyone.

4. Prices and payment

The prices of paid services are displayed in ariary (MGA), taxes included unless otherwise stated. They may change; the applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.

Accepted payment methods: Mobile Money (MVola, Orange Money, Airtel Money), bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Duration and termination

Services may be subscribed to for a fixed period or on a one-off basis. The terms for ending a service are specified at the time of subscription. Unless otherwise required by law, amounts already paid are not refunded in the event of early termination.

6. User obligations

• Comply with Malagasy law and labour law
• Publish real, accurate and non-discriminatory offers
• Not distribute any unlawful, misleading or abusive content
• Not ask candidates for any payment in exchange for a job

7. Liability

KANDRA Mahajanga acts as a technical intermediary. It does not guarantee that a recruitment will take place, the accuracy of the information provided by users, or the permanent availability of the site.

8. Suspension and deletion of an account

An account may be suspended or deleted in the event of failure to comply with these terms, fraudulent use or infringement of the rights of others.

10. Changes to the terms

These terms may be modified; the applicable version is the one in force on the date the service is used.

11. Applicable law

Malagasy law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought before any action before the competent courts of Mahajanga.
